The Review!

Well I must say that this is one of the few animes that I like both language versions. The Japanese is perfect with the voices and emotions, and the english is up there to. The only voice I didn't really care for in english was Setsuna's, but it got better as it went along. Crispen Freeman does an excellent job on Rosiel, in some ways better than Susuma Chiba. They seem to put their entire heart into this OVA. The dubbed dialog is atleast 99% the same as the translations. As for the extras, they are really good. The behind the scenes video is cool and funny. The art gallery and character sketches is sweet as well. There is even a trivia game on here, but the only downfall is you had to have read some of the manga. The animation is definitely an A+. The only issue with the menu is the fact that the dubbed voices are on it, and it makes them sound horrible.

Well everything on this was good. The story, the action, the drama. This is one of my favorites of all time. IF you have read the manga, then you will recognize some differences, but that can be expected. Though if you did read the manga, nearly every scene that was in the OVA, was in the same place in the manga. Rosiel and Kira are my favorite characters. Rosiel is just so psychotic, as for Kira, well I'm not going to spoil that. If you don't like seeing things with incess, or same sex love, then this isn't for you. If you like Shakespeare, this is something you might find as a modern day play, especially the way the dub sounds. I can't really say anything else about this without giving away a spoiler, so it is time I go. I highly recommend this title, no matter what you usually like, you may love this one.
