We're doing some catch-up voting to get though the releases of 2008 as we updated with the Best Anime DVD Releases as voted on by Mania readers. These combined winners for 2008 will be voted upon by the end of January to determine what the best release of 2008 was! For April, Bandai Entertainment cleaned up easily with their release of Eureka Seven Vol. #12 which brought the BONES series to a close. For May, Bandai Entertainment and Kadokawa Pictures USA took home the cake together with the release of Lucky Star Vol. #1 which completely obliterated any form of competition.
