AFAiK, PS3 will only play BDs from the region its BD drive is locked to (unless the disc itself is region-free). i found out the hard way when i got a Region B In Bruges last year. Hard to believe that the console's been out all this time and no one's released a credible region hack/crack yet. Disappoint`d.
