As expected all of the artwork from the sets are used again here. Just like the DVD counterpart, I believe this Amazon.com listing popped sometime over the weekend. It's still uncommon for a 2-pack/bundle to pop up this pass. I will be passing on this likely for now.

That's my guess on why they're doing it. Double packs are a main stay of Xmas media shopping and Funimation is simply catering to the media buyer, as well as box chain stores, who goes for twin packs during the Holiday season.

Sets made sense back when there were 10 discs to a single arc, but I think they're pretty pointless now unless it's the complete series.

Well, it's certainly possible at least to Amazon.com. This and the DVD counterpart has not been seen at other retailers. It remains to be seen if this both formats are Amazon.com exclusives.
