Series which feature one or more of the following types of hosiery being worn during below-the-waist sexual activity (multi-person sex is assumed, unless otherwise noted (i.e., "solo masturbation")). Definitions:
• "Loose socks" = the style of baggy sock popular with Japanese (high) school girls (see Wikipedia).
• "Pantyhose" = hosiery that covers the pelvis as well as the legs (this includes the heavier versions known as "tights" in American English). Torn pantyhose count, but must still be worn during the sexual activity.
• "Spats" ("spandex tights") = Spandex bicycle shorts and similar tights. For Japanese girls' gym shorts, see the Bloomers list.
• "Stockings" = shear hose that are worn above the knee (with or without garter belts or garters), one per leg, including thigh highs and stocking-like leggings.

• "Thigh-high boots" = boots (and boot-like footwear) that are worn above the knee.

I totally agree with your Pure Mail assessment about not taking into consideration afterthoughts. This is not to argue with your decision, but to explain my position a bit better: I wasn't using the afterthoughts to show a change, but using her immediate afterthoughts as indicative of her view of the activity.

What I didn't empahsize enough is that given the peculiar nature of the scene, I question Madoka's ability to give consent. Or rather that if she consents to Ryo, she doesn't consent to Akie having done this to her. And with Pure Mail and other instances usually the change of heart has a passage of time. here, we literally have Madoka yelling

"Ryo, let it out! I want Ryo's baby! I want to become pregnant! We are an eternal family!"

Next, she's on the floor, slumped down, with tears rolling down her face the rest of this scene.
