It's a rather colorful cover and somewhat interesting. I think it works. I think I will get this when the the next studio sale pops up.

I think it might give people the wrong idea about the show, because really Nyan Koi doesn't have any cat girls at all. It's a cute cover though.

I like it, although its kinda misleading. I've expended my anime budget for the rest of the year, but I'll definitely be getting this sometime after Christmas.

Well, I wasn't terribly interested in the show but now I don't know what to think. I like the cover art and the character designs so this looks like it's at least worth a rental later on...

It's an OK cover, in general, and seems like a good choice for a complete collection. I'll definitely be grabbing this show, as well.

I don't see it as deceptive, but rather a case of playing off the theme. This series involves cats, so here are the girls dressed as cat girls. So yeah, it's definitely fitting from that angle.

I find the cover to be a bit on the tacky side. I think it looks overdone with all the girls, although it is appropriate for a show like this.

I expected such a reply to this thread pretty fast. It's the very first thing I thought of when I saw the Nyan Koi cover art. It really is as misleading as the NHK covers.

I didn't watch any of this when it was airing. Is it at all a fan-service sort of show?

I like the art, but in spite of the layout. Orange? Again? Why?

I kind of feel about it the same way I do about that catholic-schoolgirl cover for the Love Hina anime. It looks good, but that isn't a reason in and of itself to buy something I had no intention of buying in the first place...

First time I've bought a show sight unseen based on cover art since, oh, I don't know - maybe Miyuki-chan in Wonderland? I was in an expansive mood yesterday and grabbed three of Sentai's cheesecake-fanservicy piffle-shows out of the ongoing TRSI sale on preorder, none of which I've even so much as seen an episode. Hey, they can't possibly disappoint me as much as Tears to Tiara did, right?

(Just like KimiKiss P2), a slight keepcase variant in packaging. Mine had a disc housed in a tray. Not quite as good as M-lock, but certainly better than the previous setup.

I don't have high expectations considering that the fact this title was licensed to begin with was surprising.

On the other hand, I'm not surprised at all. Mostly because it's like a lot of other series. It's in the magical maybe category. In other words, it's not an automatic "Yes" nor an automatic "No".

Heck sometimes I imagine someone either flipping a coin to decide if series X should be licensed or throwing a dart and deciding what to license next based on where it lands.

Also, this series aired on TBS and Sentai has been getting quite a few of them lately. Not every single one, but enough to say "There's a decent chance they could license....", but as always decent chance does not mean it will happen.

That describes Sekirei's cover better than this one, which offers the virtues of color balance, composition, and humor in addition to its marketable vices of salaciousness and cheekiness.

Hmm im considering picking this up since its about 20 bucks on TRSI's sale. Some reviews i read though mention theres some noticalbe grain/noise in the video. Im pretty sensitive to stuff like that. Anyone who has this set care to comment?

The actual artworks not too bad i guess. I really wanted a BD for this series but skimming this thread i see a lot of people think thats not gonna happen. Hell, is there even gonna be a second season? They teasted for one at the end then nothing happened
