Card management over at Anime Network?

Okay, I'm gonna sound like a total noob, but I've been up and down my profile and I can't see where the hell I'm suppose to look at my subscription info...

I originally subscribed to the place in order to watch High School of the Dead and now that that's done, I wanna just make sure that there isn't some kind of auto-renewal system that will use my old card to re-subscribe me to the service...

Anyway, help would be appreciated on this issue.

Yes, it's automatic renewal every month.

At the very bottom of every page, in the grey area, there's a FAQ, it tells you how to cancel your subscription (if you feel you really need to!).

Is there a way to look at my account history like... at all?

(aside from contacting the info department)

I'd like to know what the damage is before proceeding any further (I bought the 4-month sub or whatever that was and I'm a little worried that, when the automatic crap kicked in, it gave me another 4 months... if that's the case, I might as well hang onto it and just cancel later)...

In fact, I'd REALLY like to know what card is attached to the account... is contacting the info department or whoever the only way to do this?

You must have the Quarterly account.

And yes, contacting the subscriptions@theanimenetwork.com is the only way to find out about it.

At this moment, we don't have anything online for you to access your own account.

If you'll send an email to that account with the info and all your questions, they'll get back to you with your answers in a timely manner.

EDIT: Since I answered this, an administrator has answered the thread over @ TAN (glad I'm not the only one up so late!)
