That's a decent, if unexceptional, cover. The show felt a bit bland to me from what I saw of it, though, so I'll be passing on this.

I think the problem is the characters on the cover don't seem to be in harmony with each other.

Ok, the real reason the cover is "fail" is because it lacks Shuri. Sentai, redo the cover and put Shuri on it. If you have to remove everyone else, so be it, but Shuri is required.

In all seriousness, I don't think it's that bad. However I'm still disappointed about the lack of Shuri.

I have it pre-ordered as well. As for the back cover, I found Shuri. Still disappointed that she wasn't on the front cover. In any case, the better view of the cover art does improve my opinion on it. Even so, I do think it could have been better.

I have this pre-ordered. I have no idea why, it was part of a bit of pre-election euphoria, I think. I also have Kampfer and Nyan Koi pre-ordered, and I've not seen a second of any of them.

I guess Keynes was a little right. "Animal spirits" *are* important in market behaviour. At least when it comes to otaku fanservice markets...

Given the show, I thought the cover would have been sexier. What Sentai did cobbled together is decent enough, I suppose.

Otherwise, not a great show, but I'll definitely be grabbing it.

The show is enjoyable enough, so I'm buying it, but this isn't really a cover that's going to trick any fence-sitters or blind buyers as much as others might.

It's fixed now. 12 episodes from the TV series + 1 episode OVA.

Ha ha! You and I are in the same boat. Completely blind pre-ordered all of them. I go in with no expectations other than some dumb fun, which this cover makes me believe will be had...

Edit: Also just noticed that it does say "Season 1" which gives me hope the rest may be brought over. If I like season 1 enough, that will make me very happy...

Got my copy in today. I must say the video quality is quite impressive. If they ever decide to release this on blu-ray I might pass. They threw in the clean OP/ED for the OVA episode, a nice addition IMO.
