Only 24 episodes, so I guess the recap episodes are not included. I already have Geneon singles for this (including Vol. 7) so it's a pass for me.

Do all the anime classics come with the black slip covers, or just some?

I looked online but it seems some have the black slipcovers (eg chobits, last exile) but some do not (eg claymore, RIN).
