To finish off 2010, the VA of the month for December is Jason Liebrecht. This guy started off in the Austin talent pool being an amazing talent for Monster Island when it existed. Then after the shutdown, he quickly re-established himself in the Fort Worth talent pool and has since been called upon for several lead roles. In addition, he has made his presence known in video games. So with that, pick UP TO FIVE of your favorite roles voiced by Jason Liebrecht. The roles listed in this poll are taken from ANN and consist of all major characters and named minor characters for anime dubs and if an unlisted role is among your favorites, select the last option and discuss.

Akira Takizawa all the way. That was an amazing roll and he pulled it off perfectly.
His Hei in Darker Than Black was amazing too.

The standout performance for me is the Millenium Earl in D.Grayman - you would never know it was him based on his other performances!

As for my faves, they are Akira Takizawa, Ban Midou, Train Heartnet, Syaoran, and Kouhei Morioka. Those were excellent performances that were top-of-the-line. I also like to point out Gaga and the Millenium Earl as being performances that use a different voice that I am used to hearing out of him that I needed to check the credits to see that it was Liebrecht voicing these guys,

I've always enjoyed him as Syaoran in Tsubasa Chronicles.
But I think he's done some of his best voice acting in Eden of the East. He really brings alive the cool and confident Akira Takizawa, perhaps a little moreso than his Japanese counterpart.

He was simply awesome playing Hei. And just as good playing villain Ashley Lynx.
