Thumbs-up for honesty. :sdsmiley:

Wow this is so much better than the first release cover. Which still have yet to unwrap. :(
This is one of the more creative covers coming from FUNimation that I have seen recently. It's definitely appropriate for this short series. I like it. I will pass as I have both the DVD and BD sets.

That's pretty raw. I take it they've given up on selling this through brick-and-mortar?

Wahh, they're using the gorgeous cover for this rerelease but I bought the original release already.
This image (or something very similar) was originally solicited as the cover for the cancelled original UK release, and it was singlehandedly responsible for me deciding to pick the show up. I'd love to see more stylish covers like this in R1.

Lots of stylish covers from Funi this month.
I liked this series when I rented it. I've been toying around picking it up at some point but it's not a super priority. Hopefully a BD with this cover gets released at some point.

Ditto and since I already own the previous collection. It's pretty much a moot point for me. :sd:

Not enough sex to be representative of the show.
It's a nice cover, but I've seen the image a couple times before. Makes me wonder if this was something FUNi put together, or a piece of artwork they got from Japan.

Not enough sex, but just enough guro.

For some reason it reminds me of Killer7, which makes me want to get back to watching the show so I can be disappointed when the show doesn't remind me of Killer7. Too bad I bought the old set, because I still haven't touched it.

It's...interesting, I'll give it that. But I like the first cover better because it actually featured the main character...

Not bad but I prefer the previous cover. That reminds me that I still need to get this show.

Already have the Blu-ray, but this is quite attractive as a piece of minimalist-grotesque.
Contains episodes 1-6.
Special Features: Episode 2 Commentary, Promotional Videos, Japanese Cast Interview, Textless Songs, Trailers.

Oh no they didn't! :O
Have the first set, MUCH prefer the look of that one, with its awesome use of green.
Enlarged 3D cover art added to the first post...

I want to buy this, but I don't know how the classics line packaging is. The first release might be better.

The SAVE line is usually for series that didn't do well though...

There wll be no S.A.V.E. release of this series. Rightstuf has this listed as a Classic Line release, and CL's don't have S.A.V.E. releases, just as S.A.V.E.'s don't have CL's. It's one or the other, depending on a few factors that include how well the show did.
I want to buy this, but I don't know how the classics line packaging is. The first release might be better.I've had the first Classic Line release, Gantz, for weeks before its release this January, and I'm pretty sure every other CL release since then has had the same packaging type: keepcase with a slipcover, the disks being held on a flap.
I like it.

It's almost one or the other (link (http://blog.funimation.com/2010/10/two-new-anime-packaging-changes/)). It's may not stay that way though. Tsubasa S1 is set for a S.A.V.E. release. Tsubasa S2 is a release that got branded Classic Line later on (the Collected Memories collection is the same as well). Should Tsubsas S2 get a S.A.V.E. release, it will have both brand lines.

Keepcase will be on most (at least thus far) of the Classic Line releases. Not counting the releases that got branded Classic Line later on, Gunslinger Girl is not a keepcase release. And presumably Samurai Champloo (DVD) won't be either due to the supposed disc count (of 7).
