Special A (S.A): Complete Collection due out on 4/5/11.
Contains episodes 1-24.
Special Features: Clean Opening Animation, Clean Closing Animation.
Spoken Languages: Japanese, English subtitles.
It's not too surprising in terms of a group shot, but I like the half season sets much better. I will pass on this as I own those sets already.

It's ok I guess, but I did prefer the half season sets by a lot.

It's certainly cheerful enough, and not a bad design overall. If I didn't already own the original sets, I certainly wouldn't mind having this cover amongst the collection.
It's kind of soon, but maybe I should bump the show up a bit in my rewatch pile. I really can't explain why, but I enjoyed the show immensely. Maybe it was the lack of expectations going into it? Well, I really enjoyed the cast, anyway. Plus a Yuko Goto performance I could actually get into, and Jun Fukuyama doing his Jun Fukuyama thing (it's a mystery as to why I'm not tired of him yet, but I wonder the same thing about Takehito Koyasu as well, so...meh).

That's nice, though a bit inferior to the previous sets.
I still only have part 2, hopefully i'll find part 1 on the cheap someday...

I don't know. There's something about the use of the red here that makes the show an even less appealing buy, visually speaking, than the original two releases.
No changes on the cover art. 3D cover art and back cover added to the first post.

what kind of packaging is this? The review mentions its just an oversized keepcase.. is it just a large regular case with 2 disks on each side? I hope its not a stackpack. The description sounds odd. Maybe i'm just better off getting the singles. I actually enjoyed this series quite a bit and would like to own it

luckily they restocked on the half sets last night so I snagged the individual ones. Good thing. I actually liked this series quite a bit more than i should have and wanted to own it. It would have been a shame to not buy it simply because this company insists on using such terrible packaging.
Im not sure what i hate more. Stackpacks, or those terrible eco-cases that theyve been shipping games in lately. I wish there was some way for me to verify the packaging other than scanning these forums and asking in them. Seems more often than not Sentai uses cheapy stackpacks. Theyre quickly becoming my least favorite companies. Im actually so far behind on my backlog that im not sure if ive even watched any of their shows that I DO own so im not even sure how good their translations/subs are either =P
