I don't think this will make it on either format release. I wouldn't mind it though. I will be getting this BD version.

I know it's just a place holder but I don't like it. I like my covers non-sexualized but that's just me.

Well, you're totally right and everything. I just don't like it on the covers for some reason. Though I am fine with it in the show. I don't know. I'm fine with stuff being sexualized on the cover as long as it's not showing too much. I don't know. I'm awkwardly picky.

Yes, this is the, ahem, "Needless" fanservice, and I couldn't help but laugh that Sentai used this even for the placeholder image. It's more than likely going to change 100% when the final cover is revealed, but I could see it be used as a reversible cover at the very least.

If finalized, it goes with the first DVD set. However, I like BD artwork more (of which is what I'm getting too).

The DVD collections go for the crazy actin theme while the BD collections for the, ahem, "Needless fanservice". Works for me, and I have both DVD collections ordered.
