Mania Grade: B+
In Summary:
There's been a fair bit of build-up towards this release since it was first announced and going by the episode as presented in 720p here, this is a very interesting way to go. Granted, I'd prefer language option choices since I'm not a fan of dubs, but I will say this is a good dub with some mild sync issues to be had. The actual action itself, the structure of events and the quality of the animation is all very solid to top notch. It's predictable if you've played war porn games before but it's a very sharp episode that really draws you in as you watch how it all unfolds to see the details of it all. You're definitely left wanting more of it if you like what you see and you definitely are left wanting to see and hear it in higher quality if you're a Blu-ray owner. The only surprise I have as of this writing is that the YouTube page doesn't offer a text link to the Amazon releases so you can just click and go to show your support.
