Plus this is like a Blu-ray player coming out and it has no way to ban pirated DVDs. The 3DS can't put the genie back in the bottle for old DS format. I'll be more impressed (and a little sadden) if they come out soon with a hack for pirated 3DS games.

While i was never into hacking and pirated stuffs, the only hacking i am looking for to the 3DS is the regional one. If i can play my original JP/US games on a 3DS then that's a fix for an arrogant decision by Nintendo in my book.
