Mania Grade: B+

In Summary:
Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas is giving me everything that took much longer to get to in the original series and it's doing so in spades. With an epic feel, strong characters, great settings and a real sense of power among these men that walk the earth, the show isn't pulling any punches. Both sides are dealt with well here, showing the scale and scope of events in its initial stages, as the Holy War gets underway. With it being layered with a very personal side to it as well because of the relationship between Alone, Tenma and Sasha, it has extra meaning at this stage. Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas is a very quick twenty-four minutes with a whole lot going on and plenty of action to keep you entertained while it plays with things across the board. This is a very fun show that doesn't exactly go over the top, but straddles the line in a very entertaining way.
