bleach questions: again

so got addicted to bleach again, and trying to catch up but CR skips from the end of season 9 to 14. At the end of season 8 grimmjaw has been defeated and it looks like orihime has been saved..but in season 14 it looks like we are back to her being captured again (after some filler). How did we get from here to there...did they just never make it out of Mundo or did she get recaptured at some point? Thanks!

It may be due to tv licensing agreements - Cartoon Network is currently showing season 10 (episode 201 was on tonight). If it helps, Season 9 was an original storyline unconnected to the current* arc, so you can safely miss it without losing continuity


*and I would argue that is should occur later in the series, since it involves character developments that haven't actually occurred yet
