Arnval Mk.2 and Starf Mk.2 are having a battle, arguing about...something. Starf damages Arnval, who makes an escape towards a city, landing on the roof of a passing truck, damaged badly. Also demonstrating that she is, in fact, the size of a Busou Shinki figure.

New transfer student Tsubasa is into Busou Shinki, but doesn't have one...or something. Anyway, he finds the damaged Arnval and the episode ends.

With this only being five minute episodes, I'm going to assume 90% of the focus will be on Arnval and Starf, with any other Busou Shinki as background decoration.

In any case, this reminds me of the conflict I have towards characters that are sprites, fairies, pixies, etc and drawn in an attractive manner. In that they can be hot and yet you have to remember their real size. Then you started to feel conflicted. Then you realize you said too much.

-Tiny cyborg fairies?
-TINY ROBOT DOLLS ARE ALIVE! And they wave at you. Somehow that is cute and creepy.
-This is going to a Toy Story bad end for little blond robo fairy.
-Finding a used broken who knows what the previous owner did to it toy in a tree... Yeah exactly what every child wants. Eww.

Well that didn't make me want to buy a Shinki figure. Needs more cute drill neko!
