Whether this is yuri or not, I don't know. It's some kind of comedy. If they were going to animate an ecchi yuri molestation anime, they should animate Gokujo Drops instead.

I tried to skim a few chapters of the manga and just couldn't get into it. The artwork is painful and it just feels way too forced. I speak of Gokujyo in this case.

As for Gokujo Drops based on what I've seen of it, that manga would be a much better choice.
