I've read some of this manga. It's not without issues (no manga is), but it has its moments. One of which is the fact that Haru is wonderful. Also, since this is 4-Koma series, you can probably guess what that means.

Although let's not kid ourselves. I'm in it for Haru the lead female and older sister. And maybe some of the other females. The male characters including the male lead, I'll just treat as decorations.:P

Now then to refresh myself on this or just wait off a bit.

Keyword: 4-Koma. So, I am already sold. I'll definitely try it out. Can't wait to have more info about this, such as who is doing the animation production!

Just read all 30 scanned chapters... and than I find out that chapter 31 is the final one.. man I was kinda looking forward to following this for the next couple years so that was a bit of a kick in the gut. On the positive side that means that we'll get a rare adaption that actually adapts the entire thing!

Anyway there was some pretty funny moments and I think the cast overall was pretty good, some things were a bit repetitive but hopefully the anime pacing/padding will help with that.

Was certainly surprised at some stages in this 4-koma, was a nice touch imo for it to occasionally drop the 4koma aspect and just turn into a manga. Than again maybe other 4komas do that as well and since I've only read a few (Seitokai and the series made before it) I don't know that.

Would twelve episodes be enough to cover all 31 chapters? The thing is even with a finite amount of chapters, you still have one problem. What happens if they cover say 16 chapters in season 1 and then decide to only do the remaining 15 if the show sells well?

There are indeed 4-Koma series that will occasionally go into "Normal" mode for lack of a better term. As much of a fan I am of the 4-Koma format, I actually think this is a good thing.

There are times it's just better to use a more standard format. Plus, when that format is used in a 4-Koma manga, it sort of makes it feel like a special event. As if something important is being done.

One manga series that makes use of both 4-Koma and Normal would be Yandere Kanojo. Note that the Yandere is actually short for Yankee Dere. I should probably get back to reading that one day.

I'm pretty excited for this. The manga may not be particularly deep, but Haru is all kinds of awesome.
