I know that Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier is only available on the PS2 and PSP, but with the original Jak and Daxter Trilogy finally getting an HD Remastered Collection on the PS3 in February 2012, is there any chance of Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier also getting an HD Remastered release on the PS3?

Doubt it. It wasn't developed by NaughtyDog and Jak X isn't getting a HD release yet that was made by NaughtyDog.

The best you'll get is it being released on the PSN as a PSMini or whatever they call them, but not a HD remake. It didn't sell enough to even warrant it.

Hmm, would it be worth it to buy the game from PSN or PSMini, if I already own the PSP version?

(I used to own the PS2 version, but I threw it away as soon as I was able to buy the PSP version)

It'll have absolutely no difference. If it ever came to the PSN and you could play it on the PS3 I can see a benefit from playing it on a big screen, but there'll be absolutely no changes from the PSP version.

Oh, alright. I guess I'll buy it on PSN if I can play it on my PS3, since I would prefer playing the game on my Phillips 19-inch 720p LCD HDTV, instead of the PSP's tiny screen.

Thanks for all of your help, MelancholicMariya.
