Atsushi's playing is so bad he scares Mayu and Miki away.
Rie Kugimiya using a sweet voice. Poor Kugimiya...she plays a loli even though the character isn't one by age. Well, she isn't a tsundere this time.
Sayo is into shouta--ah forget it. And it's Aya Hirano.
Atsushi will gladly show little girls his long, soft...scarf.
And he gets arrested.
Weird, but cute.

Oh wow, episode 27 of Morirta-san wo Mukuchi!
Wait, Hana! Mayu! COME BACK! ;_;
The central joke was probably the most obvious one available, so hopefully they'll branch out a bit.
Looking forward to meeting some more of the cast though.

Should I have tried that series? It wasn't one that I randomly picked to check out when it started. I probably miss a few good series that way.

Its three minute episodes like this one, and very cute and sweet. Especially if you like high school girls standing around talking about nothing in particular (or not talking, in Mayu's case)

-Mayu come back! ;_;
-Coat, scarf, backback, flute. Bearguy (http://www.natething.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/HG-Bearguy-review.jpg) is ready!
-Tiny sister giant brother.
-Giant kindergardener?
Oh it's over. That was a very fast episode. 2012 is just wizzing by.

Episode 1:
- Hah, reciprocal cameos.
- Oh, Atsumi is Kugyuu? Hah did not know beforehand.
- Hey, Hirano Aya too. And haha jeeze, this show must be the most extreme example of disparity between age and looks... Atsumi is soooo short compared to even Sayo.
- Okay god the sound quality is just awful, it sounded like someone was eating a microphone. I keep checking my headphones, but no, everything else plays fine. And come on, no honorifics? This is a serious fail stream.
Meh, not sure if I'm watching more of this, at least via CR.

Well, they wasted no time in going for the pedophile joke. The little girl sanding in the street as he was hauled off was kind of amusing. The rest didn't do much for me, but the episode also felt like it mainly existed to set up the premise. At only three minutes, I might as well give it a another episode or two to see if it becomes actually funny at some point.

-Atsumi doesn't need milk she gets enough at home.
-Well maybe one more milk is okay.
-Six foot tall grade schoolers are not adorable.
-Six foot tall kids are the bane of costumed animal mascots.
-Six foot tall toddles come in handy when shopping.
So he is just a giant boy. That joke will probably get old fast.

Question.
Why is Hirano Aya in this show?
Second Question.
Can I have a third season of Morita-san wo Mukuchi instead?

Why is Hirano Aya in this show?
Not everyone has developed a second hand hatred of her because of Haruhi yet. But I keep trying.

What delusional fantasy world do you live in? Her role as Haruhi is one of the main reasons she still has fans. The drama involving Hirano was unrelated to any acting roles she performed, and it's all about her private life. Or rather the public nature of aspects of her private life, mixed in with the usual insanity from idol otaku.

..... Oh, its over.
That was pretty much two and half minutes of nothingness for me. The only thing that had the slightest bit of entertainment/amusement value was the sister getting annoyed at being dragged off the moment she stepped in the door.
I think I'm done. If I don't like it at least a little bit now, I don't think there's any reason to expect it to improve.

That more or less sums up my feelings of the episode as well. If the central joke has already run its course by the second episode, and a three minute one at that, there's not really much reason to come back for more.

Indeed. I'm hoping her appearance here means that she'll start getting more roles again. Whatever personal issues she's had, she's still a very good voice actress.

-Sayo loves tiny little Atsumi.
-Sayo spoils her doll like surogate little sister.
-All the boys in the room are enraptured by girl talk.
-One day Sayo is going to molest Atsumi's seven foot tall seven year old brother.
That was better. More girl centric. Only a quick gag at the expense of a giant man child.

So seems Sayo is rather obsessed with both siblings. Given Taketatsu sounded rather Hirano-esque in the role in the first place, the Sayo's little sister wanting had me think of Kirino.

Cripes, he walks home from school every day. Even if it isn't his neighborhood you'd think everybody in the whole damn prefecture would know about a 180 cm tall gradeschooler!

Yeah, this definitely works much better when it focuses on Atsumi.
Ok, that's it. They're repeating the same jokes over and over. No he's not a pervert, he's just an over grown kid. Do the adults and police in that neighborhood have massive memory loss? Not funny.
Might have been cute and I liked Atsumi but....

-Atsushi falls victim Harem Cliche Accident #2; falling on boobs.
-You'd think by now everyone in the neighborhood would know about the six foot tall child.
-No more oni! Begone oni costume!
When do we get to see their height mismatched parents? I hope their mother is a seven foot wrestler and dad is a hobbit.

-Atsushi is popular with the girls this valentines day. His friends will help themselves to the excess chocolate.
-Giants are always hassling Atsumi.
-Is it still love if you have to make your own chocolate for someone to give you?
-Hina can not cook...
Better. Now keep up staying away from the "Atsushi gets arrested" punchlines.

-Atsushi wants to go to the movies! Even a boring romance.
-Atsumi's friend Sayo expects her brother to also be tiny. Oh Sayo, today will be dangerously educational.
-The Titanica makes women cry and puts little boys to sleep.
-Surprise Sayo, you're a pedophile. :\
All the ladies love Atsushi. Well, except the neighborhood watch.

-You should really call ahead to warn people that your little brother is a giant man Atsumi.

-Atsushi's allowance is so small all he can afford to give is eggs.
-Actually he's just going to bake something. Well make his sister bake something because he is but a small child... *cough*
-Atsushi has a poster of a green Alt Eisen on his wall. Hmm.
-Teacher's bosom does not approve of bringing cookies to school. Mmm bosom.

Oh we know. We know... Way too many most likely, enough to beat an increasingly dumb joke into the ground over and over again. She should be complaining about the police's corruption and incomptence.
I guess it was nice to have a lot of drunk, boob-pressing Moriyama-sensei this time.
