Looks like the Houkago Live PSP game is getting a HD remake on the PS3.

It's tempting, since I have a PS3 now and it's K-ON!, but I don't actually like rhythm games (I played iDOLM@STER in spite of that part of it, not because of it) so me getting this isn't quite the instant, obvious decision it might otherwise be. ...But I might end up getting it anyway.

I put a lot of hours into the PSP version when it came out. It's a fun rhythm game pretty much covering all the season 1 songs, including character singles.

This would be an instant buy if it was coming out as a hardcopy instead on the PSN - I'll probably buy it, but later in the year.

I'm just waiting for SEGA to release a sequel with season 2 songs (I really, really want to play U&I). Bah....

Incidentally, I wonder if they will retain some sort of multiplayer for this game. Enjoyed it on my PSP since I was rocking with my brother with his copy.

edit - Siliconera reports it supports multi-player via ad-hoc. Not bad.
