Note that this only includes the first 2 series (with the Sakura Taisen 1-2 cast). I believe that the 1st OVA series (Oukakenran) were still done using cels/film, but the 2nd one is digital and will likely be an upscale.

Hmm, it only lists 1080i. Might turn out to be a mistake, but then again the entire thing could end up being an upscale, like what Bandai did for Big O.

The first OVA has recently been airing on TV in Japan, and it's just an upscale of the old masters. It's not necessarily an indication of how the BDs will look, but I'm definitely not going to pre-order them at this point.

A commercial for the BD box has been airing recently, and all of the OVA1 footage is upscaled (and from a crappy 480i source, too, I didn't look that closely but there might even be composite artifacts remaining). I wouldn't count on the actual BDs looking any better.

Hope this means an actual HD film scan for OVA1.
