I would have thought to list:

August 2003 <ul type="square"> Ocean Waves - Umi ga Kikoeru - 08/08/2003 [/list]

but the only listing I can see for this title is at Amazon.co.jp with no mention of subtitles. Ghibli's pages doesn't even list this title yet. So perhaps this is an unconfirmed release and should be added at a later date. Are you looking for confirmed items only to add to the anchored post?

Refer to the Club Buena Vista webpage on <font color="blue">Ocean Waves</font> (http://club.buenavista.jp/ghibli/product/?cid=245). There will be English subtitles. Now as to whether it is orderable, if it is available for <font color="blue">pre-order at Amazon Japan</font> (http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005R5J7/ref=t_th_em_po), I'm strongly inclined to believe that it is orderable.

Well, right now the only R2 i am waiting for is the new Tenchi Muyo OAV, Can't wait for the R1 release to see who tenchi Chooses Ayaka or Ryoko.
