I watched this last week and enjoyed it /images/graemlins/happy.gif It's pretty campy but really entertaining. Plus I love anything Herlock/Harlock and the female lead is a hottie /images/graemlins/noseblef.gif. If only we had more fanservice, damn you breast suction-cup, heart starter upper thingies!!!!!!!! One thing that bored me out of my mind though was the 5 minute talk explaining the big bang and multi-dimensional worlds /images/graemlins/stunned1.gif /images/graemlins/stunned1.gif. I could have done without that part

Well, Tochiro is my hero! My favorite Leiji character ever since my first exposure to his stuff (Galaxy Express film).

On ANN, Yamadera Kouichi (who plays Herlock) has a voice credit for Tochiro in this series (like in Harlock Saga, where he played both), so I'm guessing Tochiro appears at least in an upcoming flashback (I haven't had time to even watch vol. 3 yet)? Anyone know?

Yamadera's Tochiro is frigging awesome.

I've seen the whole series.

Regarding Tochiro... it's something you'll just have to see for yourself. It'll cause some serious discussion among new and veteran Harlock fans alike.

One thing I WILL tell you: the visuals you'll see in the 4th and final volume are are absolutely kick a$$. Promise.
