I wonder why I am waiting to watch this....I've had volume 3 since the beginning of the month, thanks to the convention...and I told myself I wasn't going to watch volume 2 until volume 3 was close to release...meaning I haven't watched 2 yet, either. /images/graemlins/depresse.gif

Not the greatest, but I like it.

I liked the ending credits of the final episode. Where you finally see who the other person standing there is. It was obvious from the start who it'd be, but it was cool actually SEEING it without them cutting it off... So as a 'warning' to credit skippers, let the final credits play through to see what I'm talking about. /images/graemlins/sdsmiley.gif

Overall the series was good. I thought they were going for a Sakura Taisen feel, what with the giant robots and the plays they were putting on. Seems like Sony was trying to create an addicting franchise like Sega's.

Even having never played the game, this was a series anyone could enjoy, unlike the Sakura Taisen OVAs (TV series was different) where you can't really FULLY enjoy them without knowing SOMETHING about the game. Not that that is a bad thing necessarily (I am a highly addicted ST fan, thank you very much)/

I don't know if it's been mentioned earlier, but in the back of the DVD, it says that there's an "interview with Akemi Okamura and Akira Ishida." Was that a misprint?

Not a misprint, it's included as an insert.

Same here.. they really could have done more even if they did not go beyond the 13-episode format.
