Gall Force New Era issues ?

After sending me two bad copies of Gall Force : New Era, Amazon.ca refused to replace the disc again. They sent me the following...

The first disc had an odd circle-shaped scratch (probably a manufacturing error). The second was loose (like most cpm title I receive) and badly scratched. Anyone else had issues with this ???

Hmmm... that's pretty scary, since I've had my Gall Force for longer than the month TRSI allows on returns and I haven't opened it yet. I'll do so tonight and let you know what I find, unless someone else does so before then.

Mine came in perfect mint condition from TRSI.
I just checked and it plays flawlessly.

The copy I got from Rightstuf had no problems. Also I have only gotten one loose disk from them after a year which is far less than I have gotten from other online stores. Sometimes I wonder if the other places ship disks that arrived loose from the distributor...
