I wasn't able to post these cause I have been known to post my problems without the model's name but I recently found the instruction booklet and I got it.
DVD Player - Koss KD305 (DVD/VCD/CD/MP3 Player)
Ikki Tousen Vol. 1 - The dvd froze during the Ai Yori Aoshi preview for a few seconds and again episode 3 on scene [01:15:46]
Chobits Vol. 2 - Dvd froze on the opening theme for a seconds [01:14:39]
The one thing these dvds have in common is that when I try to go back and see where to glitch happened, the freezing didn't happen
Last Exile Vol. 1 - Macroblocking (or a bunch of blocks as it appeared) during opening theme. I don't have the exact time since I sold it but I still want know.
Nightwalker Vol. 1 - During Scene [01:30:28], the dvd always freezes on that exact spot.
NightWalker Vol. 2 - A white line appears all throughout episode 7 at the top screen. Its like I'm watching a VHS tape.
Anything you can help me on here I would really appreciate. Esspecially with Chobits and Ikki Tousen since I can't really pin point where the problem is occuring.
One last thing, the glitches I'm mostly finding are coming from Geneon (Pioneer). Chobits Vol. 2, Ikki Tousen Vol. 1, Last Exile Vol. 1 and Vandread Vol. 4 (already fixed). Is there something I should know about Geneon?

I used to have similar issues on my second DVD player, a GE-1101P, with random discs. You rewind and it works fine. Try using a lense cleaner on it and see if some of your problems don't go away.
I'm sure the motor in my GE is getting ready to just give up and die, perhaps you're in a similar boat?
None of the discs you have listed caused me any problems.

I didn't check, but at least most of those releases, if not all, are Geneon/Pioneer Ent. Some of their discs have the exact same problem with my LG DVD 4830 player. However, the discs work just fine on my computer and another player. So this is a player-specific problem.
The freezes are usually about 5 seconds long. When a freeze occurs, the player's display shows that the disc is still be played. After the freeze is over, the time on the display returns to the time when it started.
Here are some discs with which I've had problems:
Hand Maid May, Vol 3 (it was the episode with the theme park ticket search)
Heat Guy J Volume 5
At least two Ai Yori Aoshi discs (first series both)

Koss and LG. That should answer your question right there. Try getting a dvd player that isn't made by such a crappy brand. Hell, even if you spend under $50 and got an Apex or something you would probably have better luck. For those that don't know the Apex is really just a computer dvd rom drive converted to output video and sound and put in a full size dvd case (or at least they used to be). That is why the compatibility has always been so high.
I have a pioneer, yamaha, and a sony and I have never had any "glitches". Well at least ones that weren't really glitches all the time.
Also check to make sure you dvds are clear of dust and stuff when you put them in. Lesser brands use cheaper parts and the lasers might not be strong enough to compensate for things like dust particles and scratches as easily.

These problems remind me of my Samsung player that I use to have. It sounds like you have a glitchy player.

Lens cleaners are death to optical drives really - I wouldn't recommend them. At best they only move the dust around inside the player, which doesn't really solve the problem in the long run, but can damage the power supply and other components that run hot. At worst they can and do damage the lens instead of cleaning anything. If you do want to clean a DVD player, the proper way is to disconnect it from the mains, open it up, and then use a can of compressed air to get rid of the dust. Make sure the can is held upright so as to avoid getting liquid blown out of the can (it's at -40C).
As for the original problem, I'd try the discs on a different player to see if they're the real issue or the player is.

There is at least one LG model that's supposed to be pretty good, but it is a higher end model.

Apex quit using standard DVD-ROM drives pretty quickly. The only APEX I am aware of that did that was the original 600A and that is an all-around piece of sh!t anyway, I think I knew five people that bought one of that model and three or four were returned in a few weeks. I was lucky to get one that worked decently, but not as well as my first gen DVD player, which worked with R, RW, "+" and "-" discs and didn't throw a fit except for known bad DVDs.
My sister bought an 1100W that needed vent holes to be drilled into the side and bottom to cool properly. It did manage to live for two years total, and that one certainly didn't use a consumer off the shelf drive.

I should only use a cleaning cloth like this to clean off disc's and nothing else right? I sometimes used my shirt to wipe off some dust.

Use a soft, lint-free cloth. Wipe radially and do not follow the grooves. As such a clean shirt might be suitable. There's really no need to buy a separate cleaning cloth for discs, but then again it doesn't really hurt, and is probably better for appearance's sake if you have have guests over.

Thanks Man. ^_^, I probably will just buy the cloth the next time I got to BB. My shirt is clean when I rub the disc lightly but I'm not 100% positive. I don't believe its the dust thats the problem here, but I am in need of something to wipe discs off besides my shirt.
Edit: I'm going to try these on different players and see where it goes from there. I'll update if I run into another problem.

I have recently gone over all the disc I have mentioned and they all appear to be fine....however Nightwalker Vol. 1 isn't but I have found something strange.
I re-purchased The dvd again and it continued to freeze on that certain spot, I've tried it in 3 different dvd players and nothing worked, but I finally tried it in a 4th player and the freezing didn't occur.
Is this even possible????? I'm really afraid that all CPM dvd are like this.

I think this is where the layer change occurs in Nightwalker vol. 1.
Did you let the DVD stay frozen for a while or did you immidiately turn it off or something?

I let it play out, I didn't do anything to contribute to it.
The scene on where it happens is in eps 4. Infact I can post the dialouge on where it always happens.
Shido: Could this be Kain's Golden Dawn?
Yayoi: Whats that?
Right after Shido asks this question to Yayoi, shes answers but it freezes when she says "that". After she speaks, it goes back to normal.

Does it actually freeze or is it more like a skip? It sounds like a skip to me, the way you're discribing it.
This may be where a layer change occurs. Certain DVD players will actually skip a second or two to change the layer. This has happen on my Samsung DVD player quite a bit.

Then it must be a skip since it only last 1 second.
Do all CPM dvds do this? I haven't had a problem like this with any of my dvds and the NW dvds are my first CPM dvds.

Not sure, since I'm still waiting for my NW DVDs to show up. /images/graemlins/sweat000.gif However, I know that it happened a few times with Bandai titles.
Please note: that not all DVD players pre-load (prepare for layer change, which causes this skip), my Sony player doesn't.
