In Summary:
With just the right length to it before the stories could start seeming familiar or the novelty wearing off, Requiem from the Darkness is a great little series of horror stories that doesn't fit into how most anime series look or feel. It's simply so imbued with style and substance that sets it apart from the norm that it's engaging right from the start and it has become one of the more anticipated titles every couple of months that it came out. This finale brings it all to a satisfying close and ends with the viewer feeling good about what they've seen. Very much recommended, especially to those who want something that doesn't feel like it came off the assembly line of a committee.

I'm loving this show /images/graemlins/happy.gif It's so dark, adult, raw, disturbing, and unexpected. Violence, sex, and horror have so seldom mixed as well in anime as it has here. I can't wait for the final volume to see how it ends. Plus Ogin is freaking hot!
I'm glad to see that the final volume got a positive review. I've enjoyed the first 3 volumes. They are by no means my favorite anime, but they were decent enough. I'm looking forward to watching the last disc, but I probably won't miss this show after its over.

Yeah she is, but with the amount of fanservice she shows I am shocked they haven't showed her in the buff yet. /images/graemlins/noseblef.gif

Other than the end credits, you mean.
(Granted, no nipplage)

Ogin needs a hardcore sex scene quite frankly.

I'm loving this show. The art style, the horror etc. One of the more unique shows out there right now.

Just finished disc 4 of this wonderful and different series. Can't wait to marathon all 4 discs and enjoy all over again.
If you have the time and money, check this series out before it disappears. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

This was a very satisfying series. While it was rather distrubing and touched on some common used themes but with interesting twists. I liked the ending, it wasn't as dreary as most of the series, but it would have been great if it ended like i wanted it to /images/graemlins/sad.gif
<span style='color:#dddddd;background:#dddddd'>With samanosuke joining Ogin and the others.</span>
but that would have defeated his whole purpose.
