That is such a bizarre story. The thing that makes me wonder is that if she thought that her boss was her tormentor... why did she go to bed with him? And then contemplate suicide. That makes me think that it wasn't to confirm that he was the one harassing her. Why? /images/graemlins/stunned0.gif It makes my head hurt.

I take all these waiwai stories with a grain of salt. I just don't know how much is grounded in reality, and how much is Mainichi sensationalizing it to sell a few more copies. However, if this story is true, then it's rape, pure and simple, and Nonomura needs to go to prison.

The waiwai section isn't something Mainichi writes, but rather it's articles contributed to it by other publications. So I'm betting it's them sensationalizing it, not Mainichi. The recognizing him by his penis bit seems pretty far fetched for instance.

But yes, you're right that it's a pretty sick story and Nonomura needs to go to prison for it.
