I opened up disk 3 of box 4 today to only realize that there wasn't anything inside. Does anyone have an email address to directly talk to a Viz rep instead of just emailing the main Viz site? Has anyone else had a problem with this disk? Thanks!

It was from Right Stuf. Maybe I should call them? The only problem is that I bought it when it came out about 5 months ago and mabye it's been too long of a time period to try to get it replaced...

Yes, five months is way too long to really expect Rightstuf to do something about it. This is just a lesson for you to always check that you have everything right when you buy it. If you like to keep things sealed in case you decide not to keep it then your gambling.

Customer service? Viz? lol. I hope you are kidding.
Since TRSI is one of the 2 exclusive distributors of the MI boxes (the other being Viz), I'd call them up (Rightstuf that is) and see if they can/are willing to help.
Contacting Viz "CS" is an excercise in futility.

Normally I do check everything I buy. I guess since MI cases aren't individually wrapped that I didn't check them. I was also in no hurry to watch them since I've seen the show a bunch of times. It seems that I'll have to call RS tomorrow.
