Flame Of Recca 13 contains Viz's new disclaimer on the credits page about certain scenes being changed from the JP original.

Can anyone compare the two (US and JP versions) and post edits please.

I'm guessing nudity, since Recca is prone to the occasional bare breast. But the series is also quite violent, and if it's true Viz is editing violence now then this may be another possibility.

*long drawn out sigh*

Thirteen volumes in Viz???! Why???

Robert, who is even less convinced Tuxedo Gin will finish without encountering the censor's pen...

As I pointed out in the other thread, despite detailed comparisons of several volumes in which the new boilerplate disclaimer first appeared no one identified any actual edit. I really hope someone can do the same comparison for Flame of Recca, but I am cautiously optimistic that the disclaimer doesn't mean anything.

Maybe it's just a new policy to put that on all their stuff and not some impending edits that they are thinking about in FoR. I'm still collecting their GNs now but if they start editing, i'll stop buying and stick with my tanks I bought years ago.
