Pretty Cure Dub Clips?!?!

Hey Boys and girls. Crystal Acids/Sekirika got links to clips that may be the English dub to Pretty Cure, although no US licensor has been announced yet. so take the time to view these short AVI clips and speculate for yourself.

Interesting. I couldn't identify any VAs at first listen, but I'm guessing it's a Toronto job.

Brent Long also said he thought of these as well upon hearing the clips. Which make it a LA dub (interestingly if Toei did produce the dub, since they've been known to go with Toronto)

I kept getting flashbacks to watching that at Amecon in 2004, and Monica Rial's utterly horrified face at the not-so-subtle subtexts in the show.

It sounds like a decent dub, but I doubt it'll make it to the UK anytime soon.

I thought Jenseki at first after hearing the second clip, but after hearing the first clip, I'm not so certain.

I saw these and thought it was very interesting that Pretty Cure was picked up for German broadcasting but dubbed in English. It really shows that this series could work really well if picked up for the US. I like the show but fear that if someone like 4Kids got their hands on it, the lesbian undertones between the girls later in the series would be completely eliminated. (Dude, that's why I watch it!)

Well Morris sounds very "similar" to another VA named Lara Cody if you by chance know her.
