R3 Full Metal Alchemist Vol.1 w/ box still available?

Does anyone know of any websites still selling the R3 Full Metal Alchemist Vol.1 w/ box? Because I've tried Yesasia and they only have the regular edition avaliable. Also, does anyone know the current release schedule for the series? When can we expect Vol.5 to appear?

Odex; which I believe is Taiwan.

As far as I know the following Asian releases are available:

R2 Japan (Fully released)
R3 Korea (Volume 8 of 13 released)
R3 Hong Kong (Fully released)
R3 Taiwan (Fully released)
R3 Singapore (Set 1 of 4 released)

None of those have English subtitles apart from the R3 Singapore version from Odex, which YesAsia doesn't carry so I'm not sure what you're talking about. The HK version is available in two different box sets as well as a couple of different bundles, but no Vol.1+box version from what I can see. Korean and Taiwanese versions don't have any boxes either.
