Julie Ann Taylor - does editor work for TokyoPop?

noticed that a Julie Ann Taylor is credited as doing some editor work for TP... is that the same one as the VA?

According to the entry for her on ANN's Encyclopedia, the VA and the manga editor are the same person. /images/graemlins/sdsmiley.gif

But because of the way ANN's database is set up, it's not uncommon for them to list everything that two different people have done on the same page if there are two different people with the same name, so I don't really consider that conclusive.
