What episode did CN just air of:

Ghost in the Shell 2nd Gig
YYH
Samurai Champloo
Naruto
Scryed
FMA (42 I think, but I missed Sat's episode /images/graemlins/cry00000.gif )

FMA didn't air on Saturday night. AS decided to show The Boondocks and that dumbass Stroker & Hoop bullcrap since it was Christmas Eve. I don't think it'll be on next weekend either, since AS is making a last ditch effort to get people to watch 12 Oz. Mouse ON NEW YEAR'S EVE.

Sucks, yeah, but at least my friend's been keeping up with the GitS and SC DVD releases. I saw Mugen learn how to read. /images/graemlins/sdsmiley.gif

Oh yeah, duh. Next time it airs is Jan 7th then correct? Kind of sucks since the series should have ended a looooooooooooong time ago if they hadn't decided to show reruns over the summer. -_- Then 11 episodes left, and it could be June before we get to see the end. Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice. I'd like to see the end BEFORE I move to Colorado so that is one less show I'd have to worry about.

I was mad they stopped new FMA eps. I will look forward to January 7th though.

Uh... InuYasha fans help me out, when are the new eps coming?

Naruto was odd, they stopped for one or two weekends now my TV schedule shows they're going to air all eps and a new one on Saturday. I'm very lucky I got bored and did a Naruto search or I would have prolly missed it.

They didn't stop just new episodes of FMA, they stopped all of the anime so in order to show unfunny, horribly written and animated comedy since they assume most viewers are out partying on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

I have a feeling AS gave up on that show.

Yep, that's the Naruto New Year's Eve marathon. Episodes 1-16 air from 2:30-10:30PM, and the premiere of Episode 17 airs right before Adult Swim. But that's the only new anime we'll get next weekend, since AS will be showing that 12 Oz. Mouse bullshit all night (what a waste of time).

Yeah I agree that 12oz mouse shit is bullshit. THey added all kinds of weird shit all the sudden like the hair show, and w/e I didn't waste memory cells to remember the names.

Plz explain why you think they gave up on InuYasha. I found the band of seven boring but I always find myself developing relationships with Rumiko Takahashi's characters and every once in a while I crave to endulge in their world /images/graemlins/sdsmiley.gif

Not to mention doesn't InuYasha have a big fanbase and Rumiko Takahashi just signed up for 150 more episodes?

What's this about InuYasha getting another 150 episodes? I haven't heard anything about this (though I may be looking in the wrong places). Can you direct me to a source?

Jan. 3 at 12:30 Eastern. That's right. Premieres of Samurai Champloo (Wednesday) and Inuyasha (Tuesday) have been moved to weeknights. No repeats on other nights are scheduled at this time.

So Rumiko sold out and she is going to do more episodes?

All of these garbage shows are the work of one man: Michael Lazzo. This man is a biased asshole who hates any kind of show with a story, especially anime. Thus, he believes he should make low-quality programs that do not have any plot whatsoever, make no sense, and ultimately, make fun of anything he doesn't like (PHF makes fun of anime). This man believes his shows are hip and cool, while in truth, the only people watching them are the moronic college drunks doing term papers at 5 in the morning (3 hours before they're due), and those "gangsta" idiots who hang out in the cafeteria, listening to 50 Cent crap and ultimately bothering all the intelligent people around them, and who will undoubtedly be kicked out of college once they receive their final grades (which will consits of straight Fs). None of the AS originals are entertaining in the slightest. 12 Oz. Mouse is a prime example. Lazzo believes that doing crap animation in Flash and making jokes about being drunk makes him look cool, and using old Hanna-Barbera characters (Harvey Birdman) makes people think "LOL he takes risks who a cool guy!!!" because he's using someone else's characters without permission. Then he threatens to quit AS if they made The Big O III (which they're not), all because it's anime. This ignorant bastard is a complete idiot who doesn't deserve to work for AS. He should be anally-raped and then shot, along with Jack Thompson.

Er... yeah.
Okay.

Out of the AS original shows, the only ones I actually enjoy are:
- The Boondocks
- Aqua Team Hunger Force
- Perfect Hair Forever
- Stroker and Hoop (hit or miss)

12 oz. Mouse is the most horrible, horrible show ever.

I'm not sure where he got his info from or even if it is accurate. However based on what several have said. The manga goes past the point where the anime ends. So if they were to start up the anime again, they would have manga material to use. Not to mention the fact they'd probably add filler or whatever you want to call it.

The Boondocks
Sealab 2021
Robot Chicken
Venture Brothers

Those are the best original AS shows!!

I agree with you on The Boondocks. That show is friggin' awesome. Robot Chicken is kinda getting dull, though. That DBZ Christmas special was crap. It wasn't even the whole episode; they just spliced in a bunch of Christmas clips from an old episode to fill up the remaining time. And I'm getting sick of these lame jokes about The A Team and all these pop-culture references that are going over my head. Like I know anything about N*Sync and Britney Spears.

Just so it's clear to everyone:

Ghost in the Shell 2nd Gig - Episode 32 (New episode on Jan. 8th.)
YYH - Episode 98 (New episode on Dec. 30th.)
Samurai Champloo - Episode 17 (New episode on Jan. 5th.)
Naruto - Episode 16 (New episode on Dec. 31st.)
Scryed - DONE! (I think as of Dec. 17th.)
FMA - Episode 40 (New episode on Jan. 7th.)
InuYasha - Episode 126 (New episode Jan. 4th.)

I liked Sealab. Until after Murphey disappeared. Then the show became lame because the whole "let's kill everyone off at the end of each episode" thing got very old. (sigh)

Robot Chicken had potential, but with all its garbage-for-humor is a turn-off.

Oooh yeah. Venture Brothers was good. /images/graemlins/happy.gif

So is that ep 6 to 2nd Gig? The reason I ask is because I have no plans to watch any episodes that were on Vols 1 and 2. I'm still debating Volume 3's episodes since there'll still be 2 episodes I'll see on that vol first, so I might as well just watch all 4 on DVD, then begin watching the remaining 14 episodes on CN.

I don't remember where I got my info but I thought this was common knowledge so I must be wrong. Either there was talk that Rumiko Takahashi was offered a 150 episode extension and I didn't read all of it and assumed she was doing 150 more or... I dreamed it a couple dozen times until my brain thought it was reality /images/graemlins/sweat000.gif

P.S.
Note my question mark after saying Rumiko had signed up for 150 more eps. I wasn't sure to begin with, I'm not trying to start false rumors...
