I know Natsuki in Hyper Police does & Ichigo in Tokyo Mew Mew. But who & where else, e.g. the catgirl of DoctorWho's avatar?

Mina Kotobuki and Nami Kotobuki of Happy Seven wears bells in their transformed states as part of their magical girl outfits.

I think Sakura from CCS had a couple of outfits with a bell (she had a cute kitty outfit in the initial episodes). She had a REALLY cute sheep outfit with a bell in the following illustration:

Also, Kotoko, the handheld of the The Dragonfly in Chobits had bells (although I believe the "bells" were also her ports.)

Oh yeah as for where the bells are. Well they are at the end of "strings" or whatever it's called on their outfits. Ie you can see them in this image (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/HolyAjora/Twins2.jpg) . As for who is Mina and who is Nami. Your guess is as good as mine. Interesting side note is apparently after episode 1, they decided to change the color of the "ribbons" on their outfits, but never bothered to update Kuriya's henshin scene to reflect that. /images/graemlins/sweat200.gif Which is kind of silly. It changed from orange as seen in the previous image to pink (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/HolyAjora/twins1.jpg) as seen here.

Yes, she definitely wears bells in her hair. She's also one of the best characters in the series in general.

Well Lime at least has bells on her shoes. I can't really say for Nuku Nuku herself. Never watched the series much. So while she may or may not wear them all the time, she may have had for certain occasions.

Aisha Clanclan from Outlaw Star has a single large bell on ner neck. I don't recall ever hearing it jingle though, but it's been a while since I watched the series.
