God! I hate H264 and X264 so much. I tried to get 264 to work on my computer but it just made it crash constantly.

Is this the same 3 episode OVA already available on dvd through UrbanVision?

If so, why does Harmony Gold have this on their website?

Good question. I don't remember hearing anything about UV losing the title or it being a sublicense deal. *checks*...

Looks like they still have it.
