Fullmetal Alchemist Omake Question.

I just finished watching the latest Region 1 DVD for Fullmetal Alchemist and noticed that episode 25 (the episode that <span style='color:#dddddd;background:#dddddd'>Hughes dies</span>) did not have an omake episode preview like all of the others did. Did the Region 2 release also skip this episode, or was it just accidently forgotten on the R1 release?

Wasn't that the episode where they had a totally different end credits sequence (staff roll?) Sort of like an "End of Act 1" thing? If it was I'm pretty sure it didn't have a next-ep preview.
