Okay. Thanks. That's one less thing to worry about NOT having.

Since we're on the subject. When should the 2 films be watched?

It's been a while since i've seen the films but if i recall they are pretty much self contained, similar to the InuYasha and Naruto movies. The only thing i can see being a tiny issue if you haven't seen the series is that the second movie, Poltergiest Report, has a small cameo by Yukina, a minor character who's introduced in the series near the end of The Spirit Detective arc. It's not a big deal since her part is quite small but if you haven't seen the series you may not know who she is or why she's with the gang. And the movies pretty much assume you'll know who the major players are and whast they're relationships to each other are. So i would suggest having seen at least halfway through the Spirit Detective arc, since by that point all the major players will have been introduced and you will have gotten thier backstories.

Also the first movie, simply title Yu Yu Hakusho:The Movie, is onyl 30 minutes long, so it's more like an OVA than an actual film, and was released as a double feature in Japan. But i like the films and if you're a YYH fan i think they're worth checking out. I belive Centrla Park Media has repriced the second film at $9.99.

One other thing is if you're a fan of the Funi dub, know that the films were both licensed by two different compaines, neither being Funimation. So the dubs are both different from the TV dub. If i recall, the dub for the second film was ok but i didnb't listen to the dub for the first one. But the Japanese cast is the same, and i'm soemwhat biased since i really like the Funi dub, so you may like it.

I`d definitely support a third "Yu Yu Hakusho" movie.
If for no other reason than to see Keiko(Kayko) get some additional screentime.
She`s the major reason I became a fan of the series especially the first few episodes.

But what would be an even better idea is if they had a "Kiddy Grade" movie.
Whether you believe me or not, I still consider Eclair one of my all-time
favorite anime characters and her melodious voice is a most pleasant experience as well.
