I THINK the video might be remastered for this release.
Rough translation:
"The 3rd television series DVD-BOX has been sold out already, but this time it is the single dvd release. As for image new print and Lee new Al being completed refining * master specification."
The "completed refining" makes me think that the video has been remastered...
