Master of Epic anime

the official site (http://gro.moepic.com/index_m.html) for the JPN PC game announces that there will be anime based on it and it's to be animated by Gonzo. As of this writing the site doesn't show much, however, it was running this morning, albeit VERY SLOW. Character designs and art for the game seemed pretty good. Might be something looking forward too.

All I see at the official site (http://gro.moepic.com/) is some sort of blog-like text page. Is the game actually up and running?
