Boys Over Flowers #16 freetalk translation needed

Can someone with the JP volume 16 of Boys Over Flowers please translate the freetalk on page 56.

I specifically am interested in what the mangaka says with regards to the 'Giant rat 80cm long' (as described in the Viz version). Does she (specifically) use the word 'rat' in the JP version?

Alternately, if someone here can give me more info on whatever animal it is she is describing (since I doubt giant rats actually exist), that would be sufficient.

Hi,

She does use the word "rat."
She says "nezumi" which can translate into both "mouse" or "rat."

I'm not an expert on animals in Spain, so I don't know what animal she's talking about. Sorry.
