I have read the manga, it is pretty sweet story. It is about a guy that is spending Christmas alone. he wishes he had a little sister. Well, here comes santa and delivered him a little sister, she comes with a manual that she uses to learn how to be a little sister.

The guy is in love with a local florist, that has a broken heart because her fiancee broke with her. A new apartment manager moved into the boy's apartment complex and befriends the sister. The manager falls for the brother, who only have eyes for the florist.

Semi-serious review of the manga by Jason (http://anime.miao.us/archives/2006/02/25/632/) of Anime on My Mind fame. Read the manga after reading his review, and was a pretty funny read. Definitely worth checking out!
