Ehh... round 4 ends soon enough. And I want to keep things moving. So screw time right now, let's keep pushing forward!

PM votes are still being accepted for rounds 6-7 at this point.

I'd say this is my easiest round yet. Shuichi, well duh. And even though I do like Shigure, I mustn't run away from what Shinji did for me with anime also, so that's where my other vote went.

Another round that doesn't have any real favorites at all for me... I did put in my vote for Sasami and Shigure, though, and gave a PM vote to Sasami.

Wow, that was more difficult than I thought it would be /images/graemlins/sweat000.gif. My first vote was easy, it went to one of my favorite characters of all time and the one character I wish I had drafted when I played. My other vote went to the mechanic for one of the characters that annoys me the most. Not sure who will get my PM vote.

Well Monkey Biz has found itself free to vote any damn well it pleases this round! So in a nod to our past association we cast one poll vote Shinji Ikari (Evangelion), even if he isn't getting it on in the Revitilaztion Project.

Our second vote will take a more religious note and maintains our quest to recoginze male achievment, Nicholas D Wolfwood (Trigun).

The PM vote as before will be confindential.

Poll votes:
Midori (Midori's Days)
Nicholas D Wolfwood (Trigun) (Awesome character)

PM vote:
Juri Arisugawa (Utena)

Considered voting for Shima-chan instead of Midori, but all of the whining and crying during discs 6 and 7 almost made me give up on the show. Thankfully I didn't since the ending was great.

Nope, sorry. We're going by bowling scores, where higher is better, but 300 is perfect. (Okay, a PERFECT run would actually be 270, but means all 1sts with no ties, and first in round 1's PM results.)

Congrats to TnAdct1!

Coach, this is your second win correct? And your first solo win? Lina had a lot of support in the thread, but that doesn't always mean final success, are you surprised? You tied before the PM votes, did you think you were going to win? Before the draft did you think Lina would do so well?

That sounds interesting. If we did this as a swimsuit competition, we are guaranteed one male participant right now with Ippo (Round 2 winner).

The other participants right now would be:
Sakaki (Round 1 winner)
Yoko Nakajima, Pacifica Cassul, and Tomoyo Daidoji (Round 3 winners)
Kaname Chidori (Round 4 winner)
Kino (Round 5 winner)
Lina Inverse (Round 6 winner)

I think it'd be interesting to put the winners of each round against eachother in an 11th.

As for r6 results, I'm suprised Lina got 1st, I'm glad though Slayers was one of my first shows, and I still love it just as much.

Round 6 was an interesting story for me. Going into Round 6, I wanted to get serious with the later half, considering how I was taking a big risk with Nodoka in Round 4 and had no idea of how Hughes will fare in Round 5. Thus, I decided to go back to the days when I first got into anime in the subbed variety and went with Lina Inverse, a girl that I felt would definitely be a fan favorite.

When I drafted her, I was definitely confident that she would do well in her round. However, that confidence diminished somewhat after I made my choice. It had nothing to do with the competition (since she was going up against, among others, Suichi from Gravitation). Rather, the reason for the drop in confidence came from a comment that someone made about how my choice could be a bad one since Slayers is an older anime title (being over 10 years old).

However, my confidence definitely returned when I read the Round 6 thread and noticed how a lot of people were voting her. Once I knew that she was getting the votes, I had a feeling that she would definitely rank high in this round (with me being very pleased to see her finish this round in first place).

One more thing: thanks to those people who voted for her.

Yep, they were announced at 8:09 PM last night. I used the same formula I've been using- poll votes, PM votes, and score given. However, this time, I forgot to zero the no-PM receivers, so if there's only 2 numbers, the PM votes received were 0.

First number is the poll votes. I need to punch that into my table for crunching all the numbers. Second number (or the non-existant number if only 2 numbers) is the number of PM votes received. Third number is the number of points awarded to the character, and is the method of sort used for posting the list.
