Anime i would say Deedlet from Record of Lodoss Wars OVA
Games: Chun Li in the Street Fighter II series.

She also voiced Chun Li in the SF Alpha Movie which was 1 of the few actual good thing about the movie for me.

Sometimes as a dub VA for a live action US show comes up checking through seiyuu pages. For Youmi;
Piper Halliwell in "Charmed" (live-action TV series) (Japanese)

Back to anime; Yui Hongo in Fushigi Yugi, Silvana in Noir & Najica in Najica! Yumi definitely best as bad or less-than-good girls with her deepish sexy voice.

For as many series she's done, there really weren't many roles that stuck out.

The only one I really like was Yui from Fushigi Yuugi. She played that character from so many emotional angles.

Deedlet from Lodoss OAV and Lenneth Valkyrie from the game Valkyrie Profile are my favorites. Too bad they dubbed her over in VP, Yumi is awesome in that role, the english actress, er, was not (I'll be nice today...).
