Masayuki Takano is a manga-ka that worked on a title called Chrono Haze, and Boogiepop Phantom Dual, and is currently working on a manga called Blood Alone. He has also done the original mech designs for the Full Metal Panic anime TV series.
Ryoichi Koga is another manga artist that has just finshed a title called 2x2 ga Shinobuden (Known as Ninja Nonsense in the US). It spawned a popular anime series under the same name.
Lastly, Ric Meyers is returning to FanimeCon! Ric is the expert on Asian Cinema, having written a book and many articles on the subject. He has met, talked with, and written about the most influential people in asian films, and he has done commentary on many films.

None of these guests interest me. However, I am almost certain there are more guests to be announced in the near future. I know they've been working on getting more people this year and the website tends to not announce anyone till about a month or few weeks before the con, so keep an eye out on the website!

I just picked up "Blood Alone" (Infinity Studios) and the art is very, very nice and the story quite a different vampire story. Highly recommended! I wish I could get to Fanime but I have to limit my West Coast visits this year.
