Is this the classic Osamu Tezuka "Phoenix 2772" movie, or the newer 90s version, which Media Blasters is listed as licensing for R1?
Is SF 2772 a joint release with MVM? If so I'll wait for a UK release?
Otherwise what is a good Australian online store to pre-order from?

I'd love to see the old 1983 (I think it was) one. Sadly, that was another Western Connection release I missed.
They really did release some good stuff didn't they? Their version of Ushio and Tora was so cool, I prefer it to ADV's one. (Fuma Conspiracy was great too)

It's the classic version from 1980. It's a landmark film.

I'll defintly be importing this since a US release seems unlikely. I hope Madman get round to releasing the recently licensed 'Space Adventure Cobra' as well.
