*site link removed* posts a list of all the new series from every season on their site, with links to reviews and such.
Mod edit: We don't link to sites that list fansubs or where to get them.

animenfo also tell you where to get fansubs, unfortunately, and have a habit of ignoring error reports (unless that's just me...)

Yeh. There is a really nice Wiki like site I use for when series air(besides Moon Phase). Unfortunatley, it also lists "Groups", so I always hold back posting it here. I use it for reference though, as I haven't found a better list in general.

I doubt the lack of changes is anything malicious, since they do change the vast majority, but yeah, I emailed them forever to change Banner of the Stars II and they never got around to it. Dunno if they have recently. Banner of the Stars I is listed as Bandai licensed though.
Still, it's a good site, although most of my uses of it have migrated to ANN's encyclopedia instead, which generally has more in depth info.
And I don't think the fansub listing is a problem with mentioning animenfo here... anyone who wants them already knows where to find them, and anyone who doesn't isn't going to be forced to seek them out after seeing a note in animenfo. So it's still a decent site to recommend for basic vital stats on a show although, again, I prefer ANN.

'malicious' or not, I've been trying to get Kiddy Grade stuff fixed for something like 3 years now. What took the biscuit was, having mentioned an error on the Uta Kata page a couple of times, it was fixed straight away when someone else mentioned it a couple of posts later. For that and the fansub problem, I always reference ANN (who are generally good at fixing errors, and you can add new info easily).
Kinda on the subject, there's a good japanese>english dictionary on one site, but I can never link to is since not onlt it's a fansub site but they also proclaim that they won't stop subbing a series if it is licensed partway through the run.

Huh. I thought linking to the *forbidden zone* was okay 'cause I could've sworn Chris linked to it occasionally for people looking for info on new shows. And I usually ignore the "f-word" stuff anyway. Sorry! /images/graemlins/sweat200.gif

I have no idea if it's allowed or not, I guess I never link there as I dont' want to find out the hard way.
We used to have a couple of people here who would compile the upcoming season list with links and summaries, but the habit broke last fall and nobody has picked up the reins yet. It's too bad because it was really helpful too.
